"We were out of the area during the entire sale of our home. Donna contacted us about placing our home on the market (after we had met with her in the Chicago area.) She thought it was the right time--and she was right! Our home sold in 13 days. During the entire process, she was extremely diligent about keeping us informed about the entire process, from having us approve the promotional materials through the sale negotiations, and, finally, through the closing process.
She also, although not expected of an agent, asked if we would send her a list, including the pricing, of any furniture we would consider selling. We can honestly say that, because of Donna's wonderful assistance, 95 percent of our furniture was sold. Through her "special" ways, she also promoted our garage sale, which, thanks to her, was a great success.
